Join our “Commercial Project Development” team in Bremen as a
Senior Commercial Project Manager (m/f/d) for national wind farm projects (onshore)
Your Responsibilities
- Commercial project management for national wind and solar projects
- Business-oriented project planning
- Conducting project reviews
- Ongoing project monitoring during the investment phase
- Supporting negotiations with contractual partners and banks
- Preparation and evaluation of feasibility studies
- Structuring of contract documents in collaboration with legal counsel and functional departments
- If necessary, providing business support to the relevant departments at landowner meetings and/or municipal council meetings
- Support for project financing
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field (university, university of applied sciences, or technical college)
- At least five years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in the wind energy industry
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
- A structured, analytical approach to work, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good written and spoken German
- Interest in legal and contractual issues
