Let’s work together to successfully implement the energy transition. To this end, we are seeking a (Senior) Wind Project Developer (m/f/d) for our Dresden office.

Your Contribution to the Energy Transition

You have strong communication skills, enjoy finding creative solutions, and want to work with the team to successfully drive these solutions forward.

Then we have the right role for you:

• Your responsibilities will include the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective design of wind energy projects through to the permitting stage, with a focus on layout planning, technical site assessments, and economic feasibility analyses
• You’ll proactively monitor the projects’ economic viability and optimize them during the initial project phases
• You will establish contact with all parties necessary for the implementation of an energy park, particularly landowners, tenants, operators, municipalities, and government agencies, and will also be responsible for negotiations and the conclusion of contracts
• As a project manager, you will lead the project team as well as coordinate with internal and external project stakeholders and manage interfaces

In addition to your drive, you bring the following to the table

• You have successfully completed a degree in urban planning, geography, renewable energy, or a comparable field
• You have already gained professional experience in project management, ideally in the planning and development of wind projects
• Your strengths lie in your strong negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as in collaborating with various stakeholders
• You have in-depth knowledge of planning law, environmental law, or regional planning, as well as real estate law and urban land-use planning
• You work independently and in a structured manner and are a quick learner
• You hold a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel as part of your project work
