IT Service Management Team Leader (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

  • Leading our User Help Desk (1st-level support) team, which currently consists of 5 members, at the national level
  • Optimizing and managing ITSM processes, including the interfaces with the individual IT departments
  • Taking responsibility for the ITSM processes within the Salesforce-based ITSM solution, as well as their ongoing technical development and expansion
  • Further developing the existing IT service catalog and establishing SLAs for internal and external IT service recipients
  • Preparation of reports, quality assurance, and service and process optimization in IT operations based on relevant KPIs

Your Profile:

  • A completed degree in business administration, computer science, or a comparable field of study
  • Professional experience in operational IT environments with approximately 2,000 end users, multiple international locations, and standard downstream IT infrastructure
  • Ability to work independently and to plan, implement, and effectively advocate for complex change processes
  • Passion for the conception and design of IT service management processes
  • Excellent communication skills, including with non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
  • Strong startup mindset: customer focus, agility in practice, a sense of responsibility, questioning routines, and working as equals
  • Interest in regular professional development
