Wind Energy Customer Manager / Account Manager (m/f/d) (2-year fixed-term contract)

As a Customer Manager (m/f/d) in the Service department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our existing customers and be responsible for the comprehensive support of their wind turbines during ongoing operations. Your focus will be on building and developing long-term customer relationships as well as proactively managing all customer-related issues.

Working closely with our regional operations management and internal departments, you will make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction and sustainable business development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive support and strategic development of existing customers in the service department
  • Primary point of contact for plant operators as well as technical and commercial management teams
  • Proactive management of all customer-related issues throughout ongoing plant operations
  • Management and coordination of internal interfaces to ensure optimal customer solutions
  • Identifying opportunities for further developing customer relationships (e.g., services, yield optimization, contract adjustments, and renewals)
  • Supporting sales activities in the existing business
  • Responsibility for structured, contract-compliant reporting and the complete documentation of all relevant customer interactions

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Initial or several years of experience in account management, customer management, or B2B customer service
  • Strong interest in technical topics, ideally in the field of renewable energy or wind energy
  • Strong customer focus and a passion for actively building and developing relationships
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Proficiency with common IT systems (e.g., SAP, MS Office)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
