What to expect
You will be responsible for profit, cost, and cash flow controlling for wind farm project companies in Germany and wind farm/battery assets in Austria
You will manage and analyze budgets, variances between actual and target figures, and key performance indicators, and derive well-founded recommendations for action
You will monitor and optimize contracts such as O&M, direct marketing, lease, and maintenance, and keep track of deadlines, terms, and cash flows
You ensure compliance with commercial and energy industry reporting and documentation requirements (in collaboration with external operations management)
You assist with quarterly and annual financial statements and review reports from external partners
You coordinate the interfaces between operations management, tax advisors, executive management, and the finance department

you actively shape the economic development of renewable wind energy and battery storage

What you bring to the table
A degree in economics or a business-related vocational training with relevant professional experience
Several years of practical experience in commercial asset management or corporate controlling, ideally in Germany
Experience in energy, infrastructure, or project companies
Very good understanding of accounting, account assignment, accruals, and provisions, as well as practical experience in financial statement preparation
Excellent Excel skills, ideally SAP as well as BI or reporting tools
Analytical, structured, and self-directed work style, excellent German language skills
