Project Manager for the Wind Energy Implementation Phase (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You will assume overall responsibility for our wind farm projects, from obtaining permits through construction preparation and construction to commissioning
- You will coordinate all necessary work and ensure a constructive flow of information within the project team you lead, between functional departments, and with external parties (e.g., government agencies and suppliers)
- You will anticipate risks and, in collaboration with a team of experienced experts, develop solution strategies that you will successfully implement using your own initiative and strong communication skills
Your Profile
- Generalist sought: A successfully completed degree in the natural sciences, engineering, or business—with a willingness to familiarize yourself with the other specialized areas (economic/legal or technical topics)
- Practical experience in project management is desirable; several years of professional experience is an advantage—we also welcome applications from those just starting their careers
- Ideally, practical experience leading teams (in a personal or professional setting)
- A structured approach to work and the ability to respond flexibly and quickly to changing challenges
- You are reliable, communicative, and value teamwork
