Let’s work together to successfully implement the energy transition. To this end, we are looking for you as a Renewable Energy Asset Manager (m/f/d) for our locations in Dresden or Meissen.
Your Contribution to the Energy Transition
- Your responsibilities will include acting as the owner and providing the associated technical and commercial oversight of renewable energy generation facilities and substations.
- You will prepare technical reports as well as financial and liquidity plans, analyze them, and evaluate their findings.
- You will conduct performance analyses, monitor the performance of the facilities under your care, and implement measures for optimization.
- You will be responsible for technical contract management, particularly for manufacturer and maintenance contracts.
- You will coordinate tasks and responsibilities within the UKA Group for project companies whose facilities are in operation.
- You will resolve outstanding issues and handle ad hoc inquiries in consultation with the relevant departments.
- You will analyze and review bid comparisons and prepare the basis for related decisions.
- You will monitor and coordinate schedules for the resolution of technical defects as well as for the maintenance of the facilities under your supervision.
In addition to your energy and drive, you bring the following to the table
- You have successfully completed a degree at a university of applied sciences or a university in a technical field, ideally in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Alternatively, you have a background in business administration and practical experience in a technical field.
- Ideally, you have practical experience in data processing and are knowledgeable in working with databases so that you can efficiently analyze, structure, and evaluate information.
- You take a pragmatic, independent, and goal-oriented approach and enjoy implementing projects.
- You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, strong communication skills, and organizational talent, and you are a true team player.
- You have a fundamental understanding of business concepts.
- Proficiency with database systems and MS Office—especially Excel—is part of your daily routine.
- You also have a good command of English.
- For collaboration within the team and with internal contacts, German language skills at a minimum B2 level—ideally C1—are required.
